Xing Yixin, Party secretary and chairman of Avic Harbin Aircraft Industry Group Co., Ltd., is a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). He prepared proposal materials about building an aviation emergency response system and developing the general aviation industry for the fourth session of the 14th CPPCC National Committee.
“The over-1500-kilometer Chinese Eastern Railway in Northeast China spans three provinces and connects three countries.
