It is responsible for the organization and implementation of education and training for SASAC officials, and provides education and training services for enterprise management personnel and officials of SASAC and affiliated units. The training includes Party school curriculum training, enterprise management knowledge training and professional on-the-job training.
Focused on the central work of SASAC, it conducts in-depth studies on the theories and practices of state-owned assets supervision and management, the reform and development of state-owned enterprises, and the structural adjustment of the state economy. It performs functions as a think tank, gives advice to SASAC and SASAC Party Committee, carries out consultation services, and completes other tasks assigned by the leadership of SASAC.
1. It undertakes the construction, management, daily operation and maintenance of the information network system and application platform of SASAC, and ensures network security, in accordance with the overall plan of information construction of SASAC; 2. It conducts the construction, management, operation and maintenance of the internet, the state-owned assets supervision network, and the secret-related network of SASAC; 3. It implements the construction, management, operation and maintenance of the internet website and internal information website of SASAC; 4. It carries out data collection, processing and analysis of key state-owned enterprises, conducts tracking, research and analysis of issues related to the development of the state economy, collects and analyzes internet information, and reports information analysis to the General Office of the CPC Central Committee, the General Office of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, and the leadership of SASAC; 5. It undertakes other matters assigned by the leadership of SASAC.
It carries out performance evaluation, supervision and inspection, and early warning of risks of state-owned enterprises. The scope of business includes the research and implementation of policies related to evaluation, supervision and inspection of state-owned enterprises, as well as the collection and sorting, analysis and processing of financial and business information of state-owned enterprises.
It works on news report and guiding public opinion concerning state-owned enterprises to promote their healthy and sustainable development. It conducts the monitoring, study, assessment of and response to public opinion related to SASAC and central state-owned enterprises, studies the law of news communication and how to guide public opinion on hot issues related to state-owned enterprises, and assists in planning and implementation of news communication for SASAC and central state-owned enterprise. It also carries out training for spokespersons of central state-owned enterprises, and undertakes the specific work assigned by SASAC.
It undertakes the education and training for current executives, reserve executives, and strategic reserve personnel of key state-owned enterprises and financial institutions as well as for leaders and key teachers of enterprise training bases nationwide. It also carries out scientific studies and academic exchanges related to personnel education and training.
