The Noble Center, located in the capital’s Central Business District, occupies 1,808 square meters with its overall floor space reaching about 29,000 square meters. It is the tallest building in the South Pacific region.

Located along the coastline, the Noble Center enjoys a prime setting with sweeping views of both the mountains and the sea. It stands amid a variety of urban infrastructures that offer convenient transport, daily services and commercial support. The Noble Center itself also has multiple amenities, integrating ecological landscapes, office space, and commercial facilities within a single mixed-use development.
