From a frontline worker to a national master technician, and from solving technical bottlenecks to mentoring the next generation, Yang remains committed to his mission as an NPC deputy from the automobile manufacturing sector through steadfast professionalism.
Over the years, Yang has focused on the development of the automobile industry and the cultivation of skilled talent.
The six suggestions he plans to submit to the fourth session of the 14th NPC focus on the development of intelligent connected vehicles, the career development for skilled talent in the smart mobility ecosystem, the recycling and comprehensive reuse of retired batteries of new energy vehicles and the improvement of the automobile product inspection system.
One suggestion he prepared was to “systematically crack the bottlenecks in intelligent connected vehicle development and promote the stable, high-quality development of the automobile industry”.
Yang outlined specific measures in the suggestion, ranging from optimizing top-level designs and leveraging institutional advantages, to improving the industrial ecosystem, in the hope that his suggestions would be helpful to the high-quality development of the automobile industry and contribute to building China into a leading automotive power.
