Setting Foot in Egypt

Egypt is a core connection point for infrastructure and production capacity collaboration under the China-Arab “1+2+3” cooperation framework and a pivotal hub of the Belt and Road Initiative connecting the markets of Africa, the Middle East and Europe.

Vivaturf can use Egypt’s geographic advantage to rapidly respond to the demand in Europe and efficiently reach the markets in Africa and the Middle East.

The company brings premium green production capacity and China’s green standards to Egypt. Its Egyptian production lines are equipped with infill-free artificial turf technology, which is among the world’s first to meet the new FIFA Basic standards. The company’s recyclable turf can save 40 metric tons of rubber granules and 240 tons of quartz sand for a standard pitch, cutting carbon emissions by 50 tons.

Working Hand in Hand

The China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone is a flagship China-Egypt cooperation zone developed by TEDA Investment Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. Since 2018, it has attracted more than 200 Chinese and foreign enterprises, creating over 10,000 jobs for local people. It has been hailed by Egypt as “an unprecedented model for Egypt-China cooperation”.

From receiving support from the industrial zone and government to collaborating with the industrial chain, Vivaturf has exemplified a new model for China’s manufacturing enterprises going global in the new era — they go to the global market hand in hand to seek coordinated development.

Empowering World with Chinese Solutions

Vivaturf’s products have been sold in more than 100 countries and regions worldwide. Exports account for over 70 percent of its total sales. The firm, a global pioneer in infill-free artificial turf technology, has built its wholly owned overseas base to achieve localized development of “Chinese manufacturing and Chinese brands”, enabling Chinese brands to truly go global.

The company exports far more than its products. It also delivers industries, standards, brands and development philosophies. CRRG’s journey for overseas development has just begun, and it has a promising future.
