The project connects the Cabinda urban area with Tando Zine and consists of two sections: LOT1 covering the R1 and R4 roads and LOT2 comprising only the R2 road. The three roads stretch a total of 67.9 kilometers, with the R2 road spanning 23.7 kilometers. The project covers a wide range of construction work, including clearing site, earthwork excavation, laying pavement, building drainage systems and bridges, installing traffic safety facilities, employing environmentally protective measures and restoring public facilities.
