Wuhan Dameng Database Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Electronics Corporation (CEC), is a database service provider based in Wuhan, Hubei Province. It unveiled four new products recently, namely the next-generation fully domestically developed database management system DM9, the new-generation database appliance DAMENG PAI V2.0, Qiyun Database V4.0 and the graph database GDMBASE V4.0.
The new products can be used in diverse scenarios, marking solid progress in China’s database industry toward higher-end, more intelligent, and more diversified development.
Among these products, DM9 has made advances in function, performance, high availability, compatibility and security, introducing more than 450 new features and improvements. It also integrates centralized and distributed deployments on its architecture, thereby facilitating the digital transformation of enterprises.
It enables automatic fault detection and self-healing failover, and supports the seamless online migration of data and workloads to and from the cloud.
DM9 also integrates intelligent agents for database design and operations and maintenance, enabling deep native integration between databases and AI.
