China TravelSky Holding Company Limited (TravelSky) launched a cross-airline automatic ticket transfer system with Air Macau. The system has been successfully used to process tickets, providing an effective solution to enhance inter-airline service collaboration.
The cross-airline automatic ticket transfer system is a new solution developed by TravelSky to simplify cumbersome manual processes. Based on the existing automatic ticket refund and change system and updated with cross-airline transfer rule management and automated ticket condition validation, the new system can bring about a fully automated closed-loop process, including rule setting and validation and ticket transfer, reissue, and settlement. In this way, ticket transfer efficiency can be enhanced while cutting manual audit costs.
The successful implementation of the automated cross-airline transfer system with Air Macau has validated its effectiveness and demonstrated a replicable business model for more airlines. By leveraging customized regulations and full-circle automated verification, the system can tailor itself to the diverse needs of different airlines and flight routes, thereby establishing a solid foundation for its future large-scale promotion to airlines across the country.
