Filmed in Cambodia in 2023, the documentary follows Sokha, a 10-year-old Cambodian boy who studies every day in a bright, clean classroom in the resettlement village built by the Huaneng Lower Sesan 2 Hydropower Station. His family cultivates farmland allocated in the new village, while neighbors raise pigs and chickens, building livelihoods in their new homes. With a fuller and more prosperous life, villagers and builders of the power station work hand in hand to create a better future together.
