At the site of the new capital CBD project in Egypt by CSCEC, Zhang Kaixin, an electrical engineer, shoulders a dual mission: As a Chinese mentor of the "UWB College", he imparts China's outstanding construction techniques and culture to Egyptian managers; as the "Chinese master" of two Egyptian apprentices, he has taught them how to use BIM software step by step, and through daily work collaboration and life support, they have developed a strong sense of teamwork and synergy.
