Updated: October 13, 2025

China Southern Power Grid International Co., Ltd. (CSG International) successfully held its first “Cross-Cultural Integration Month” in September, bringing together employees from China, Laos, Vietnam, Chile, Peru, Venezuela, and other countries in a series of events that deepened cultural understanding, enhanced management efficiency, and strengthened the company’s foundations for high-quality international development.

Taking the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival as a key occasion, CSG International organized a series of activities, including traditional tea culture learning, international etiquette training, corporate culture sharing, and technical exchange. These immersive experiences showcased the charm of Chinese traditions and the essence of CSG’s corporate culture.

Building Connections Through Shared Experience

From making mooncakes and brewing Chinese tea to friendly football and table tennis matches, employees from different countries connected through hands-on participation and teamwork. These activities helped break down cultural barriers, strengthened mutual trust, and fostered a strong sense of belonging among international teams.

Integrating Innovation and Cooperation

During technical exchange sessions, foreign employees from the company’s overseas subsidiary Pluz Energía Perú visited Shenzhen and Guangzhou Power Supply Bureaus to learn about digital grid management and AI-enabled customer services.

This event transformed CSG’s innovative practices into shared global knowledge, opening new avenues for management enhancement.

The inaugural Cross-Cultural Integration Month demonstrated how cultural exchange can act as a catalyst for management innovation and global cooperation. Moving forward, CSG International will continue to strengthen cross-cultural management, promote mutual understanding, and contribute to win-win Belt and Road cooperation and a community with a shared future for mankind.
