The initiative encompasses a comprehensive logistics chain covering cargo consolidation, warehousing and distribution, trunk transportation, customs clearance, hub transfer, and last-mile delivery. By integrating customized and standardized services, it meets the diverse logistics needs of clients across industries.

The inaugural fleet features six Hong Kong-registered electric heavy-duty trucks — the first of their kind to be licensed in Hong Kong and the first batch of electric trucks deployed for cross-border operations within the GBA. Over the next two to three years, Sinotrans plans to put 50 to 100 electric heavy-duty trucks into service, accelerating the innovation and development of green transport in the region.

To further support this green shift, the project has reduced vehicle procurement costs through bulk purchasing and addressed range limitations by co-developing a battery swapping network. It also deeply integrates cross-border transport services with carbon footprint management, offering a pragmatic solution for green transformation across the logistics industry.
