The inaugural flight was operated by a Boeing 787, while subsequent services will use Boeing 737-8 aircraft. The journey takes approximately six hours, with two scheduled flights per week on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

For the maiden voyage, China Southern Airlines dispatched a dual-captain crew and decorated the cabin with Chinese cultural elements. At Beijing Daxing International Airport, multiple check-in counters were opened specifically for the flight. The airline also set up additional guidance personnel, flight information displays, and signage, and arranged for Russian-speaking staff to assist travelers with document inquiries, check-in, and baggage services, ensuring smooth and efficient boarding.

To further enhance passengers travel experience, the airline introduced convenient transit services. Passengers traveling between Dushanbe and cities such as Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Changsha, and Wuhan can now transfer at Beijing Daxing Airport within three hours. For travelers from Shanghai, Hefei, and other cities, connections can be completed within five hours.
