Gou Ping, vice chairman of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), met with a delegation led by Lucian Boldea, President and CEO of Honeywell Industrial Automation, on February 19, 2025.
The two sides exchanged views on strengthening cooperation between Chinese central state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and Honeywell in the fields of technological innovation, energy transformation and sustainable development.

Gou noted that as the ongoing technological revolution and industrial transformation develop in depth, economic globalization remains an irreversible trend, and win-win cooperation is the main theme of the era. He said that SASAC will continue to support central SOEs in strengthening communication and mutual trust with multinational companies represented by Honeywell. Building on their existing collaboration, the two sides can explore new cooperation models and expand the fields and space of cooperation for win-win development.
Lucian Boldea presented Honeywell’s development strategy in China and expressed the company’s willingness to leverage its advantages and deepen mutual trust and mutually beneficial cooperation with central SOEs, focusing on technological innovation, industry empowerment and resource sharing. He reaffirmed Honeywell’s commitment to the Chinese market.
Officials from relevant departments of SASAC attended the meeting.
