Located to the southeast of Abuja, Nigeria’s capital, the project serves as a critical corridor connecting the capital to the southeastern region. The road spans approximately 227 kilometers.

The project has significantly improved traffic conditions along this key arterial route and has become a “road to prosperity” that boosts economic development along its route and a “road of friendship” between China and Nigeria.
