The completion of the transportation hub in Macao has significantly improved the region's transportation conditions and provided strong support for connectivity between Macao and Zhuhai city in South China’s Guangdong province, playing a positive role in Macao's development and fostering mutually-beneficial economic cooperation in the region of the Pearl River Delta and Hong Kong.
