Xiao Zonghui, male, Manchu ethnicity, was born in March 1970. He received undergraduate education and holds a master’s degree in engineering. He is a CPC member.
Currently, Xiao is Member of the CPC Committee of SASAC, and Secretary of the CPC Committee of Bureau of Administrative Support of SASAC.
