For the past 20 years, the hub management center of CTG has been devoted to improving operation and management of the ship lock of the Three Gorges Dam.
It carried forward repair and maintenance technology innovation and deepened renovation techniques, which shortened maintenance periods and enlarged the throughput capacity of the ship lock.
What's more, the center guaranteed safe and stable operation of the ship lock while accelerating construction of smart navigation structures by developing and building project work order and warehousing systems. The systems are now in service.
Next, the center plans to improve the throughput efficiency of the dam, promote autonomy and controllability and online surveillance of the throughput equipment, and develop a smart ship lock by launching smart maintenance and warehousing information systems, expecting to contribute to high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and construction of a strong transportation network.
