Li Bing Meets with Deloitte Global Chair Anna Marks

Li Bing, Deputy Secretary General of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), met with Anna Marks, Chair of the Deloitte Global Board of Directors, in Beijing on November 13.

Li extended a warm welcome to Marks and her delegation. He said that Deloitte has been deeply involved in the Chinese market for many years, providing professional services such as auditing and consulting to Chinese central state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and contributing to corporate reform, development, and transformation and upgrade. Li noted that SASAC supports Chinese central SOEs in strengthening communication with renowned multinational companies including Deloitte, and encourages them to expand cooperation within the compliance framework by fully leveraging respective strengths so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.

Marks provided an overview of Deloitte's global development strategy and its current development in China. She expressed confidence in the prospects of the Chinese market, affirming Deloitte's commitment to utilizing its professional expertise, global network, and technological innovation advantages to support the internationalization and high-quality development of Chinese central SOEs.
