The UAE wind power demonstration project has a total installed capacity of 117.5 megawatts, and consists of four wind farms. The project includes 23 wind turbines with a capacity of 4.5 megawatts each and 14 megawatts of photovoltaic panels distributed across mountainous areas in Abu Dhabi and Fujairah. The project's construction covers complex landscapes, including islands, semi-deserts, and mountainous areas.

This project represents a concrete practice of Sino-Arab production capacity cooperation, promoting the export of Chinese technology and equipment. The successful completion of the project is of great significance as it verifies key performance indicators related to the utilization of wind energy and wind energy development throughout the UAE, facilitating the energy transformation and diversified development efforts of the UAE.
