China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) has made progress in construction of a cylindrical Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) ship at part of the second development project of the Liuhua 11-1/4-1 oilfields.
The facility was independently designed and built by China and is Asia's first cylindrical FPSO ship. It will be built in 126 stages, of which 68 have so far been completed.
