The carrier has a tank capacity of 83,088 cubic meters, the largest among the Chinese liquefied petroleum gas carriers. It belongs to China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited (COSCO SHIPPING Group), and is registered in Yangshan Port, China.
Liquefied petroleum gas now has a promising future. China has been the largest importing country of that form of energy for many years. COSCO SHIPPING Investment Dalian Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of COSCO SHIPPING Group, has been making efforts to become a leading LPG end-to-end logistics service provider.
Based at Yangshan Port, CHANG XING YUAN is expected to play a role in boosting development of the port and promoting construction of the new area near the port.
