An Ansteel smart integrated pre-iron-making center independently designed and built by Ansteel Engineering Technology Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of Ansteel, has been in stable operation for four months.
The center marks Ansteel's breakthrough in development of the world's largest smart pre-iron-making center integrating procedures of sintering, pelleting, coking and blast furnace. It is equipped with production control, equipment monitoring, decision-making and commanding as well as an industrial data platform.
Construction of the smart pre-iron-making center started in 2021, and the facility was put into operation in April 2022.
As an intelligent production and operation platform integrating data collection, intelligent videos control, analysis and decision-making systems as well as data visualization, the center can promote quality and efficiency in the iron-making system and reduce costs while improving safety during production.
Its stable operation provides a reproducible and practical smart centralized control mode for the iron industry.
