CCIC Singapore, CNAF, CNOOC Ink Cooperation

Agreements of strategic cooperation were inked respectively between CCIC Singapore Pte Ltd (CCIC Singapore), China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Ltd and China Offshore Oil (Singapore) International Pte Ltd in Singapore on June 17.

According to CCIC Singapore Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of China Certification & Inspection Group (CCIC), the company acts as the headquarters responsible for coordination and management of CCIC's business in Southeast Asia and owns labs for testing of petrochemical, mining, coal, agricultural and industrial products, which highly matched business of China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Ltd and China Offshore Oil (Singapore) International Pte Ltd in Southeast Asia.

As large-scale Chinese central state-owned companies, China National Offshore Oil Corporation and China National Aviation Fuel Group Limited have seen rapid development abroad. CCIC will provide petrochemical inspection and testing, oil blending services, engineering supervision and construction, shore tank calibration, flow meter calibration and comprehensive validation of peaking carbon dioxide for the enterprises.

Signing of the agreements marks closer cooperation among the three enterprises and a substantive stage of overseas central SOEs docking.
