As a bridge connecting Central China and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Qinghai Province, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Mongolia, the Jiuquan-Ejine Banner railway will also play a key role in cross-border freight transport and act as a main energy channel between Jiuquan and the Ceke Port.
