China Chengtong Signs $1.57 Billion Purchase Contracts at 4th CIIE

China Chengtong Holdings Group Ltd. (China Chengtong) signed purchase contracts valued at about $1.57 billion on Nov 5 at the fourth China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai, a historic high for the company's contract signings at the event.

China Chengtong signed agreements with 23 exhibitors from 12 countries and regions on importing wood pulp, chemical agents, coal, billet steel and various kinds of minerals, as well as medical apparatus and instruments.

Enterprises that signed agreements with it said that the expo is a platform for them to enter the Chinese market and expressed their willingness to increase and deepen cooperation with China Chengtong.

The China Chengtong delegation to the 4th CIIE said it will step up efforts to promote opening-up and cooperation, increase international cooperation and grow into an enterprise with international competitiveness. It will also contribute to the construction of the Belt and Road with high-quality efforts and a new development paradigm.
