Announcement Made Establishing China Electrical Equipment Group Co., Ltd.

With the approval of the State Council, the newly-launched China Electrical Equipment Group Co., Ltd. will be listed among the enterprises that the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) will perform the investor's responsibilities on behalf of the State Council.
Related subsidiaries of State Grid Corporation of China and China XD Group Co., Ltd. will be included in the new company. China XD Group Co., Ltd. will no longer be under the management of SASAC after the restructuring.
