The first ship for the liquefied natural gas (LNG) project of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited (CSSC) Shanghai-based leasing company had just completed its gas trial cruise 14 days ahead of schedule despite the impact of the Typhoon In-Fa.
Independently developed and designed by CSSC's Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd., the vessel has a capacity of 174,000 cubic meters and is equipped with a new generation dual-fuel power system. Its performance places it among the world's leading LNG carriers.
