On July 11, Kunlun, the world's first transport-erect machine to handle 1,000-ton box girders, completed the box girder erection of the Meizhou Bay cross-sea bridge of the Fuzhou-Xiamen railway in East China's Fujian Province.
A result of the rapid development of China's high-speed railway bridge's girder erection technology, the machine will be used in the construction of the Hangzhou-Quzhou High-speed Railway in East China's Zhejiang Province.
The bridge is being built by China Railway 11 Bureau Group Co., Ltd..
