The Hanjiangwan Bridge in Wuhan, Central China's Hubei Province, opened to traffic on May 1.
With a width of 47 meters, the bridge is currently the widest of its kind over the Hanjiang River.
The 672-meter bridge has a main span of 408 meters.
It was designed by China Railway Major Bridge Reconnaissance & Design Institute Co., Ltd. and contracted by China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Co., Ltd. Both companies are subsidiaries of China Railway Group Limited.
