Shenhai Yihao, also known as DeepSea No. 1, the world's first 100,000-ton deepsea semi-submersible oil storage platform, was settled in the Lingshui waters southeast of South China's Hainan Province on Feb 17, 2021.

Developed by China National Offshore Oil Corporation, the semi-submersible oil storage platform departed from Yantai, Shandong Province, on Jan 19 and arrived at its position on Feb 6 after 29-day of travel.
