Guangzhou to Welcome New Cross-River Passage

The main body of the Mingzhuwan Bridge in Nansha district in Guangzhou, South China's Guangdong Province, was completed on Feb 3, 2021.

With a main span of 436 meters, the whole bridge stretches 9.1 kilometers and is expected to be a key passage linking two banks of the south waterway of Longxue Island in Nansha and a landmark of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The bridge is scheduled to open for traffic on July 1 this year.

China Railway Construction Bridge Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited, was responsible for its construction.
