The Baiwanyao Bridge in Heyuan, South China's Guangdong Province, recently completed box girder erection.
A domestically-developed erection machine integrating transport and erection was used in the engineering procedures.
The bridge is a part of the Ganzhou-Shenzhen high-speed railway's 4th section contracted by China Railway 25th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited.
The section contains 44 bridges.
The southernmost section of the Beijing-Hong Kong high-speed railway, the Ganzhou-Shenzhen high-speed railway is expected to link northeast Guangdong with other regions.
The railway, connecting Jiangxi and Guangdong provinces, will promote the economic impact of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in Jiangxi and boost joint development in affected regions.
