Two sections of the highest bridge of the Zhengzhou-Wanzhou high-speed railway were recently connected with each other, which was a key step of the entire construction project.
Located in Baokong county in Central China's Hubei province, the bridge is 668.36 meters long and reaches a height of 111 meters.
The bridge is built over an operating provincial highway and was contracted by China Railway 12th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited.
