Blue Dream Plan
An education poverty-alleviation project was jointly launched by China Mobile Limited (China Mobile) and the Ministry of Education to share education resources and improve teaching levels in poverty-stricken areas in central and western China.
By the end of 2019, more than 127,000 head teachers of middle and primary schools in central and western China has been in training and 2,310 libraries and 2,863 multi-media classrooms had been built in the regions.
In addition, China Mobile worked on an "internet plus education" model to help more children obtain high-quality education resource.
