The Fangqiao photovoltaic power project in Fangshan District, Beijing, a part of the nation's South-to-North Water Diversion Project, recently passed inspection and is ready for service.

Jointly developed by China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (CRCC) and China South-to-North Water Diversion Corporation Limited's new energy branch, the project is the first result of the two companies' cooperation in new energy sector and is expected to contribute to high-quality and green development.

Solar power can be turned into direct current through the project's world-leading photovoltaic modules and then become alternating current through inverters for domestic and industrial use.

Data of the process can be automatically collected through a remote monitoring system.
