COSCO SHIPPING Charity Foundation Supports Water Purifying Equipment Transport to Tonga

A total of 260 sets of water purifying equipment provided by the Red Cross Society of China to the South Pacific Island nation of Tonga have been shipped from Shanghai to relieve local drinking water shortages.

Sponsored by COSCO SHIPPING Charity Foundation, a non-profit charity foundation established by China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited (COSCO SHIPPING Group), the transport was contracted by COSCO SHIPPING Lines (COSFRE) Co., Ltd.

Other COSCO SHIPPING Group subsidiaries have also supported the smooth transport of the relief supplies.
