Located near Croatia's Adriatic coastal city of Senj, the project has a total investment of 179 million euros ($202.06 million).
Covering about 42.8 square kilometers, the farm is equipped with 39 4-megawatt wind turbines and has a total installed capacity of 156 MW.
Once operational, the farm is expected to work for 3,000 hours annually and will be able to generate about 530 million kilowatt-hours of green power per year, equivalent to reduction of about 460,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide.

It will contribute to the country's energy transformation and support development of a local green economy.
In addition, the project will play a positive role in driving development of local enterprises, increasing employment and tax revenue, and boosting local economic and social development.
NORINCO Group will also be responsible for operation of the wind farm.
