The first aluminum alloy plate was recently produced by a 125-meganewton prestress stretcher, marking that the aluminum alloy thick plate prestress stretcher unit with the greatest load in Asia has passed heat testing.
The aluminum alloy prestress thick plate is a must for large aircraft manufacturing and is widely used in aerospace, aviation and transportation industries.

Developed by China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China National Machinery Industry Corporation, the stretcher unit is a key part of the thick plate production line.
It has a maximum tensile strength of 12,500 tons and can stretch a plate with a width of 4.35 meters, thickness of 250 millimeters and length of 38 meters.
The success of the heat test will improve the technology level of China's aluminum fabrication industry and support development of aerospace and advanced aviation forging industries.
