Tan Zuojun Attends the Opening Ceremony of the Second United Nations Global Sustainable Transport Conference

On the evening of Oct 14, 2021, Tan Zuojun, Member of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), attended the opening ceremony of the Second United Nations Global Sustainable Transport Conference, at which Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered a keynote speech titled "Staying Connected with the World and Abreast with the Times and Making Big Strides on the Path of Sustainable Development". Leaders such as United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres and Russian President Vladimir Putin gave speeches.

The Second United Nations Global Sustainable Transport Conference was held in Beijing from Oct 14 to 16, both online and offline. As a member of the Organizing Committee of the Conference, SASAC took an active part in related work of the event.
