World's Longest 3D Printed Bridge Opens

Liuyun Bridge, the longest macromolecule three-dimensional printed bridge in the world, has opened.

Located in Yimahe Park in Chengdu, Southwest China's Sichuan Province, the bridge is 66.8 meters long with a 21.58-meter-long printed section.

Steel girders were installed to support the bridge, improving comfort and stability when traveling over it.

The bridge was built by China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute Corp. Ltd, a subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC).
