Russia's Largest White Cement Production Line Put into Operation, CNBM Built

The LASSELSBERGER white cement production line with a daily output of 700 tons has been put into operation in Bashkortostan, a republic in Russia.

Generally contracted by China National Building Material Co., Ltd. (CNBM), it is the largest white cement production line in Russia.

CNBM has given full play to its technical advantages and adopted advanced production processes in raw material preparation and clinker firing and bleaching.

Thanks to the digital smart design and construction, all performance indicators of the production line are at the world-leading level.

It's worth noting that most equipment of the project was developed and made in China and the large-scale main equipment was supplied by CNBM.

During construction, emerging technologies like building information modeling smart security, QR code inspection and recording, full camera coverage in the plant, GPS chips and intelligent access control systems were used to ensure safe operation, which fully reflects CNBM's comprehensive capacity in the whole industrial chain of cement technology and equipment engineering.
