TENG MAY, the last of the 10 large-scale bulk cargo ships ordered by Foremost Group from China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited (CSSC), has been delivered to its buyer.
The 210,000-ton Newcastle type bulk carrier was independently developed, designed and built by CSSC's Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.
China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CSSC, also contributed to its construction.
Meeting regulations of TIER III and the Harmonized Common Structural Rules (HCSR), the ship is equipped with a desulfurization facility and is registered in the American Bureau of Shipping.
The naming and delivery ceremony was held online between New York and Shanghai.
