The renovation of the exhibition hall on the site of the Sixth National Congress of the Communist Party of China in Moscow, Russia, was recently completed ahead of schedule.
It is the only overseas permanent exhibition hall focused on the history of the CPC and has become a symbol of China-Russia friendship and is a main base for Red tourism.
Located in the suburbs of Moscow, the hall covers about 3,300 square meters and has three stories.
The project included the renovation of doors, windows and stairs, the canteen and the front hall, as well as the repairing of the dome and exterior walls.
China Railway Construction Corporation Limited was responsible for the renovation. To ensure the original look of the site, workers made a renovation plan based on the style of other buildings from the same historical period. The plan was also approved by both Chinese and Russian departments before the renovation.
