Curriculum Vitae:

Mr. Tan Zuojun, Han ethnicity, is a native of Chaling County, Hunan Province. He was born in October 1968 and started his career in August 1990. He is a CPC member. Tan graduated from Wuhan University with a bachelor's degree in international law and had a master's degree in law and business administration.

Mr. Tan successively held the following posts:

Project Manager of China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd.;

Deputy General Manager of Flying Leaf Shipping Limited in Hong Kong;

Deputy General Manager of China United Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Flying Leaf Shipping Limited in Hong Kong;

Deputy General Manager of China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager and General Manager of China United Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., and General Manager of Flying Leaf Shipping Limited in Hong Kong;

General Manager of CSSC (China State Shipbuilding Corporation) Complex Property Co., Ltd.;

Assistant General Manager of CSSC and Chairman of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.;

Deputy General Manager and Member of the Leading Party Members Group of CSSC, Chairman and Secretary of CPC Party committee of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., and Chairman of CSSC Jiangnan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.;
