China establishes its first mixed ownership power enterprise focusing on incremental distribution network on Nov 30, 2015

Qianhai & Shekou Power Supply, the first company to adopt an incremental distribution network invested with social capital and to promote mixed ownership reform in China, was launched in Shenzhen, South China's Guangdong Province on Nov 30, 2015.

The company was jointly founded by several companies including China Southern Power Grid, China Merchants Group and China General Nuclear Power Corporation.

It is mainly responsible for power distribution and sale as well as comprehensive energy supply in the 28 sq km area of the Qianhai and Shekou Area of the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

The company also explores innovative grid construction and operation modes and is gaining experience for mixed ownership reform in China's power supply field.

Manned submersible Shenhai Yongshi, also known as Deep Sea Warrior, is delivered to its buyer on Nov 30, 2017

The 4,500-meter manned submersible Shenhai Yongshi, also known as Deep Sea Warrior, was delivered to its buyer on Nov 30, 2017.

Primarily developed by China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited, Deep Sea Warrior is another program milestone after the manned deep-sea submersible Jiaolong.

Conquering core technologies of 10 key components, as much as 95 percent of the submersible is manufactured domestically, making it a real China-developed machine.

Its development led and drove the comprehensive progress of China's deep-sea equipment technology and was a turning point for the country's self-innovated deep-sea equipment.
