Shengli Oil Field of China Petrochemical Corporation, China's second largest, is developed on Sept 28, 1974.

Located in the Yellow River Delta in northern Shandong Province, the over 2,500-sq km oil field covers more than ten counties in cities such as Dongying, Dezhou and Weifang.

Its development and construction was significant in changing China's fuel mix and the distribution of the fuel industry and improving the country's national economic growth.

The oil field also enriched and promoted the theory of oil field exploration and development in China, which contributed to similar oil field projects.

CRRC Corporation Limited is launched on Sept 28, 2015

CRRC Corporation Limited was launched on Sept 28, 2015, marking the completion of the reorganization of China CSR Corporation Limited and China CNR Corporation Limited.

CSR and CNR merged with an innovative "equal merge" mode and adopted a process of consolidating stock first and combining group companies afterwards.

The establishment of CRRC Corporation Limited promoted China's continuing as a manufacturing power as well as the export of China-made advanced equipment.

The company now contributes to optimizing resource allocation and promoting a sound development of the railway transportation equipment industry as well as improving enterprises' independent innovation capacity and strengthening core competitiveness of China's high-end facilities.

In addition, the company deepened the reform of SOEs and improved the layout and structure of state-owned capital.
