CR Enterprise becomes the first listed company of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. on Sept 17, 1992

China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (China Resources Group) injected assets into Winland and renamed it "CR Enterprise" on Sept 17, 1992.

The subsidiary was the first listed company of the parent firm and the first among China-invested enterprises to enter the capital market.

From 1993 to 2000, China Resources Group injected assets into the listed company for capital market operations, which enriched cash resources.

Through those operations, the company began to cover a wide range of businesses including consumer goods, electric power, real estate, cement, fuel gas, medicine and finance.
