'Shenzhen Speed' in Construction

Construction of the Diwang Mansion, an iconic super high-rise in Shenzhen integrating office and commercial functions, started on May 27, 1994.

The building was completed in a year and 27 days. With an average construction speed of 2.5 days a storey, the building was the fastest built in Shenzhen and the pride of the city.
