The Shenzhen Konka A share was listed at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on March 27, 1992.

The listed company, Konka Group Co., Ltd., whose largest shareholder was Overseas Chinese Town Limited, became the first Chinese central SOE to hold shares in Shenzhen.

The company is now in full swing to evolve into an internationally leading innovation-driven enterprise by transforming from a television company into a company based on both hardware and software.
